Performing over 40 different tricks allows you to earn experience points to improve your skater's jump height, speed, and balance. Select from eight pro skaters like Bob Burnquist or Colin McKay to compete in X Games, Free Skate, or X-Rage modes across three cities, including San Francisco and New York.

Street and vert levels provide an isometric 3D environment for performing new tricks like Bluntsides, Airwalks, and Heelflip Varials. In Career Mode, players select from 13 professional skaters, including Caballero, Koston, and Mullen, to complete various goals and collect items across diverse skate parks.

Skate as Tony Hawk or one of 12 pro skaters, including Elissa Steamer and Bam Margera, across locations ranging from L.A. to Tokyo. The Create-a-Skater mode lets players customize female skaters, while the Skatepark Editor allows for building custom environments to complete various challenges.

The isometric gameplay allows for navigating environments on foot, via vehicle, or on a skateboard.

Vicarious Visions delivers an isometric skateboarding experience on the Game Boy Advance, featuring more than 20 special skaters. Players navigate a world tour to compete against Bam Margera's team, using mechanics like spraying custom tags and slapping stickers to personalize skateparks. Classic mode allows for traditional goal-based play, such as high-score chasing and tricking off specific objects.
