Vor 33 Jahren veröffentlichtes Arcade-Videospiel: Gaiapolis – Koganedaka no Ken (c) 1993 Konami. Ein weit entferntes Land voller Monster und unter der Hand eines bösen Königs steht am Rande der Zerstörung. Nur eine kleine Gruppe mutiger Helden (ein Drachenkrieger, eine Fee und ein Prinz) wagen es, nach dem legendären Schwert des Goldenen Falken zu suchen, das in der fliegenden Zitadelle namens Gaiapolis versteckt ist, um den bösen König zu stürzen und Frieden in dieses unruhige Land zu bringen. Verfügt über einige sehr schöne 2-D-Grafiken, tolle Charakter- und Feind-Artwork-Designs, einen hervorragenden Soundtrack und fesselnde Hack-&-Slash-Action mit einigen RPG-Eigenschaften (Charaktere und Waffen steigen auf, jede Menge Zaubersprüche und Beschwörungen).
