King & Balloon ist ein 1980 von Namco für Spielhallen entwickeltes und veröffentlichtes Fixed-Shooter-Videospiel. Es wurde im Oktober 1980 in Japan und im Oktober 1981 von Game Plan in Nordamerika veröffentlicht. Es läuft auf der Namco Galaxian-Hardware, basierend auf dem Zilog Z80-Mikroprozessor, mit einem zusätzlichen Mikroprozessor zur Ansteuerung eines DAC für Sprache; Es war eines der ersten Spiele mit Sprachsynthese. Eine MSX-Portierung wurde 1984 in Japan veröffentlicht.
